Founded in 1947 by Paul A. Thuet Jr. after he left his position as a claim manager for St. Paul Insurance Companies, the firm evolved in 1976 to Thuet, Lynch and Pugh then to Thuet, Lynch, Pugh and Rogosheske and most recently to Thuet, Pugh, Rogosheske and Atkins. The firm is one of the oldest firms in Dakota County by being in existence for over 60 years.

Areas of practice include Criminal and Personal Injury litigation, Probate, Estate Planning, Juvenile, and certain aspects of Real Estate Law.
