Founded in 1947 by Paul A. Thuet Jr. after he left his position as a claim manager for St. Paul Insurance Companies, the firm evolved in 1976 to Thuet, Lynch and Pugh then to Thuet, Lynch, Pugh and Rogosheske and most recently to Rogosheske, Sieben, Atkins & Pugh. The firm is one of the oldest firms in Dakota County by being in existence for over 60 years.

The Firm's main areas of practice are criminal defense, including juvenile matters, plaintiff's personal injury, as well as certain aspects of estate planning.
